CMS from QISS allows insurance adjusting firms the option to add offices and manage claims from virtually anywhere at any time. Once a home administrative office is established and entered into CMS, expanding is as easy as setting up another administrator within the system. Administrators are generally distinct adjusting entities within an insurance adjusting firm, be they in-house or across the nation. Each administrator handles its own claims so claims don't get lost in larger firms (over 20 offices, for example). Though under distinct administrators, all this data from across the entire organization can be compiled into reports like the claim loss run. This is effective for the scenario where the home office does all the paperwork and handles paying compensations and general oversight while satellite locations house only adjusters who live locally to the client and need to be on-site in minutes whille still sending feedback data in realtime. The claims adjusting firm is now fully online, all its data is securely accessible, and physical location is no longer a concern for the greater operations of the efficient business structure.
