QISS - Claims Management System Improvements - 04/25/2004Quick Internet Software Solutions (QISS) Claims Management System just keeps getting better!Recently, greatly improved is QISS' own custom implementation of its web-based Crystal Reports viewer. Features added are more date and data keywords to make selecting dates faster, saving parameter sets, and sending parameter sets. Keywords help select dates and date ranges ("Two week period", "First quarter," etc.). Saving parameters allows the CMS user to fine-tune a set of report parameters and save the set for later retrieval: next time the report is run, the date keywords used will be applied to the date it is run-- this makes "Weekly timecards" a snap! Users can now send saved parameters to other users within their company in a simple series of steps. Using this mechanism, managers and administrators can now produce a set of report parameters how they prefer to see them, send the parameters to their adjusters, and All the adjusters' workload is greatly reduced in a single motion.Running Crystal Decisions industry standard "Crystal Reports," the Report Viewer QISS has developed allows the client more dynamic interaction with the reports. Some original features of the Report Interface include innovative date-range keywords which help in selecting date ranges, unique data-set selectors like Adjuster, Business Id, Claim Lookup, and screenshot report preview. All reporting in CMS, including Claim Loss Run, can be run on the fly, realtime, anytime. The report viewer is an integral component of Claims Management System, the web based claims management system from QISS.For information, please contact:
