QISS welcomes J. M. Hover Claims Services, LLC to its steadily growing list of clients. JMH, an independent adjuster in South Carolina, signed up for the QISS Claims Management System (CMS) service for its insurance claims management, reports, and Internet accessibility.

All claim handling in QISS CMS is database-driven. Complete claim data is entered on-line via wizards which also handle claimant, policy, and policy-related information. Other wizards are used for client, bank account, administrative, and business information entry. Integrating Crystal Decisions Crystal Reports, a third-party software package for composing and viewing printable reports, all CMS users have easy access to all data in letters, forms, charts, etc. Because it is all entirely Internet-accessible, an adjuster may finish his or her work from home or while out on business in another location. All he or she needs to get started is the correct Internet Explorer (free from Microsoft) and a connection to the Internet.
