QISS Welcomes ARM Insurance Services to use Claims Management System - 12/01/2001

Quick Internet Software Solutions welcomes Affiliated Risk Management Insurance Services as a client. ARM is a third party administrator working from Jacksonville, Florida.

Working via the Internet, the claims management package from QISS called CMS is especially well suited for the third party administrator. Clients of TPAs enjoy special views into their CMS-managed data. These views can be tailored to allow access to view and annotate specifically that client's insurance claims and run up-to-date, accurate reports to monitor the status of a given claim.

ARM, like many clients signing on to use the Internet-based claims management software from QISS, came aboard with two important challenges which had to be met: import old claim data, and make the switch over to QISS CMS seemless so as not to experience downtime.
