Error preventing login: Incorrect browser

To login to and use the Claims Management System, your web browser must first meet these basic requirements:

Your system requires:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer v6.0
    (Win95 users, please download IE5.5 Service Pack 2 instead)
     
  • Click the link(s) above to configure your browser for login.

    This is what the IE icon looks likePlease note that your Windows machine may already have Internet Explorer installed. Locate the Internet Explorer icon and retry login. You may still be asked to upgrade if the IE browser version is outdated.

    To install the required third party software on your computer, please click the appropriate link(s) above and follow any given directions. Be sure to read the System Requirements on the browser upgrade page if applicable.

    Once the one-time installations are complete, you may return to the login page and login to the system.
